What's the size of a box?
About what can fit into a medium Amazon box or a Fresh Direct bag. If you're a numbers person: 18"x12"x12".
What if I don't have a box to collect my stuff?
You don't have to literally collect your stuff in a box. Any container will do! You can even hand your stuff to us in a nice pile.
What if I have more boxes than initially planned?
That's fine each extra box is $3. We will invoice you after the collection.
Do I have to be home when you guys come?
No. When you schedule you can leave instructions for us to grab your boxes at your door if you're not there.
I don't see my zip?
You're welcome to schedule a drop-off at our garage. If you're at the edge of one the zip codes feel free to schedule a collection.
